Currently we process Salazón and Anchovies fillets for clients located in the 05 continents.

With fishing (In graulis ringens) 2 to 3 hours from the coast and transported in holds with ice and with a maximum of 40 to 55 pieces per kilo. The presentations are in barrels of polypropylene of 260 kilos in average of salted anchovies.
It is produced with our salting matured between 3 to 5 months according to the client's requirement. Which is transported in warehouses with ice and whose size is 12 to 15.5 cm. And with a maximum TVN of 10 mg.
