About us?

We are a group of Peruvian producers that met in 2008 to organize an association of producers of Anchovies in Salazón for export to Italy and Spain.

What do we do?

Currently we process Salazón and Anchovies fillets for clients located in the 05 continents.

Where do we do it?

In modern plants equipped and qualified by the Peruvian sanitary authorities (SANIPES). In addition, to count certifications by DG SANTE, FDA, DIPOA and other authorities of other countries.

WHAT TYPE OF ANCHORS DO WE PRODUCE?

Salting

With fishing (In graulis ringens) 2 to 3 hours from the coast and transported in holds with ice and with a maximum of 40 to 55 pieces per kilo. The presentations are in barrels of polypropylene of 260 kilos in average of salted anchovies.

Fillet of Anchoules to the empty

It is produced with our salting matured between 3 to 5 months according to the client's requirement. Which is transported in warehouses with ice and whose size is 12 to 15.5 cm. And with a maximum TVN of 10 mg.

Fillet of anchoas final product

It is produced with our salting matured between 3 to 5 months according to the client's requirement and with a maximum TVN of 10 mg. The presentations are in tin, aluminum and glass containers with olive, sunflower and soybean oils.
